Frequently asked
Everything you might want to know before we start.
Do you charge a fee?
Most of what I earn comes from the properties and suppliers I book, so for many trips there's nothing additional from you. Where a trip calls for a planning fee or a service charge — complex multi-stop itineraries, mostly — I tell you the number before any work begins. You will never find a charge on your quote that I didn't show you first.
Isn't it cheaper to book myself online?
Sometimes the headline number online looks lower. What it doesn't include is advisor-only rates, upgrades, resort credits and amenities you can't request for yourself, access to rooms, tables and experiences that never appear on booking sites — or one person who is accountable when something needs fixing at eleven at night in a country you don't know. That's what you're comparing.
What can you book?
Flights and premium cabins, hotels and resorts, private villas, cruises (ocean, river, expedition), tours and experiences, transfers, and full end-to-end itineraries. If it's part of a great trip, I can arrange it.
Which destinations do you cover?
Worldwide. I have particularly deep relationships across the Maldives, Europe (Italy, Greece, France, Portugal), Japan, the Alps, the Middle East, and private-island escapes — but if you can dream it, I can design it.
How far in advance should I plan?
The best villas and suites book out months ahead, especially for peak dates and the most-requested destinations. Reach out as early as you can — but last-minute magic is also part of the job.
What happens if something goes wrong during the trip?
You have my direct line. A flight cancels, weather turns, plans change — one message and it's handled, wherever you are, whenever it happens.
How do we start?
Tell me about the trip you have in mind — a quick note, a call, or the inquiry form. I'll reply personally within one business day to begin shaping it.
Still have a question?
Ask me anything — I'm happy to help, no obligation.
