Frequently asked

Everything you might want to know before we start.

Do you charge a fee?

For most trips, no — I'm compensated by the properties and suppliers I book, so you get an advisor's expertise and access at no extra cost. For complex, multi-stop itineraries I may charge a planning fee, always disclosed upfront before any work begins.

Isn't it cheaper to book myself online?

Rarely, once you account for what you get: advisor-only rates, upgrades, resort credits, and amenities that often exceed what you'd find alone — plus a trip that actually goes right. And the access to rooms, tables, and experiences that never appear on booking sites simply isn't available to the public.

What can you book?

Flights and premium cabins, hotels and resorts, private villas, cruises (ocean, river, expedition), tours and experiences, transfers, and full end-to-end itineraries. If it's part of a great trip, I can arrange it.

Which destinations do you cover?

Worldwide. I have particularly deep relationships across the Maldives, Europe (Italy, Greece, France, Portugal), Japan, the Alps, the Middle East, and private-island escapes — but if you can dream it, I can design it.

How far in advance should I plan?

The best villas and suites book out months ahead, especially for peak dates and the most-requested destinations. Reach out as early as you can — but last-minute magic is also part of the job.

What happens if something goes wrong during the trip?

You have my direct line. A flight cancels, weather turns, plans change — one message and it's handled, wherever you are, whenever it happens.

How do we start?

Tell me about the trip you have in mind — a quick note, a call, or the inquiry form. I'll reply personally within one business day to begin shaping it.

Still have a question?

Ask me anything — I'm happy to help, no obligation.
