Our role

Rahoooly Travels, operated by DJ Rahul LLC DBA Rahoooly Travels, acts as a travel advisor, arranging travel services provided by independent third-party suppliers (airlines, hotels, cruise lines, tour and transfer operators, and other providers). We are not the supplier of those services.

Host agency

Rahoooly Travels is an independent affiliate of WorldVia Travel Network, our host agency. Bookings are placed under WorldVia's accreditation, so some suppliers show WorldVia as the agency of record on confirmations and invoices — your advisor and your point of contact remain Rahul Nagpal at Rahoooly Travels.

Supplier terms

All bookings are subject to the terms, conditions, and cancellation policies of the applicable supplier, which you agree to when you book. Prices and availability are not guaranteed until confirmed and, where required, paid.

Payments

Deposits and balances are due per each supplier's schedule and any quote we provide. Card payments are processed securely by our payment processor; we do not store full card details.

Changes & cancellations

Changes and cancellations are governed by supplier policies and may incur fees. We recommend travel insurance for every trip.

Text messages

We text you only if you have asked us to — by ticking the box on our inquiry form, or by telling your advisor you'd like to be texted. Giving us your mobile number on its own is not consent to be texted.

Texts come personally from your travel advisor and concern the trip we are planning or have booked for you: quotes and itineraries, booking confirmations, requests for the traveler details a supplier needs, departure reminders, and replies to your questions. We do not send bulk or automated marketing texts.

Message frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply, and are between you and your mobile carrier. Reply STOP to any message to stop receiving texts, or HELP for help; you can also email hello@rahooolytravels.com or call 201-839-2249. Opting out does not affect your booking — we will still reach you by email or phone about anything that matters to your trip. Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages. We never share your mobile number with anyone for their own marketing; see our Privacy Policy.

Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Rahoooly Travels is not liable for the acts, errors, omissions, or defaults of any third-party supplier, or for events beyond our reasonable control.
