Rahoooly Travels("we", "us") respects your privacy. This policy explains what we collect, why, and your choices.

Information we collect

• Inquiry details you submit (name, email, phone, travel preferences).
• Newsletter email address when you subscribe.
• Traveler details, once you book — the information a cruise line, airline, or hotel requires for each traveler: full legal name as it appears on your passport, date of birth, citizenship, passport number and expiry date, home address, contact details, emergency contact, and any dietary or accessibility needs you tell us about. You provide these through a secure link we send you.
• Text-message consent, if you tick the box asking us to text you — we record that you agreed and the date, so we can show it if a mobile carrier ever asks.
• Basic usage data your browser sends automatically (device, pages viewed).

Your passport details, and how we take them

Airlines and cruise lines require your passport number as well as its expiry date, so we collect both — through the secure link we send you, and nowhere else. You can enter them by hand, or let the page read the two lines of code printed at the bottom of your passport's photo page. That reading happens in your own browser: the code is turned into the fields on the form and nothing is uploaded until you have checked what it found and pressed save.

We do not want a photograph of your passportand we ask you not to send one. We also never collect card numbers through this website, by email or by message: payments go through our payment provider's secure page, or you pay the travel supplier directly.

We will never ask you for passport or card details by email or text message — only through the secure link, which you can check by looking at the address in your browser. If you receive a message asking for them any other way, it is not from us: please call 201-839-2249 to check.

How traveler details are protected and how long we keep them

Traveler details are submitted over an encrypted connection through a private link that expires, and are encrypted while stored. They are visible only to your travel advisor and shared only with the suppliers needed to complete your booking. We delete them automatically once your trip is over — normally within two weeks of your return — and you can ask us to delete them sooner at any time.

Text messages

We only text you if you asked us to — by ticking the box on our inquiry form, or by telling your advisor on a call that you'd like to be texted. Giving us your phone number on its own is not enough; we record your consent and the date it was given.

What we send: messages from your travel advisor about the trip we are planning or have booked for you — quotes and itineraries, booking confirmations, requests for the traveler details a supplier needs, departure reminders, and answers to questions you have asked. Every message is written personally by your advisor to you. We do not send bulk or automated marketing texts.

Message frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP at any time to stop receiving texts, or HELP for help — you can also email hello@rahooolytravels.com or call 201-839-2249. Opting out of texts does not affect your booking, and we will still reach you by email or phone about anything that matters to your trip.

We never share your mobile number — no carrier, affiliate, or third party receives it for their own marketing, and it is never sold or rented. We share it with a travel supplier only when your booking requires it.

How we use it

• To respond to inquiries and plan, quote, and book your travel.
• To send occasional newsletters (only if you subscribe — unsubscribe anytime).
• To operate and improve this website.

Sharing

We share your details only with the travel suppliers and partners necessary to fulfil your trip (airlines, hotels, cruise lines, tour and transfer operators, and booking platforms such as our tour and shore- excursion partners). We use service providers such as our email provider to deliver messages. We do not sell your personal information.

Cookies and analytics

This site uses essential cookies needed to function, and Google Analytics to understand which pages people find useful. Google Analytics sets its own cookies and receives the pages you view. We do not sell your information or run advertising retargeting. The secure traveler-details pages carry no analytics or other third-party scripts at all.

Photographs

Some destination photographs on this site and in your trip portal come from Unsplash and remain the work of the photographers there. They are illustrative of the destination — they are not photographs of your accommodation, your room or any part of your own booking, and nothing on the page presents them as such.

Your choices

You can unsubscribe from the newsletter at any time, and you may request access to or deletion of your information by emailing hello@rahooolytravels.com.
